Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placing the order can be canceled directly;
Orders placed over 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled. You may contact us for a return and refund once the shipment has been delivered. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.
2. Order Cancellation Process

Our customer service team will process your request immediately, and once approved, will notify you of the result and arrange the refund as soon as possible.
3. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA).
