Delivery Area
We currently ship only within Australia, covering all states and territories. We do not offer shipping outside of Australia.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
Orders of 140 AUD (including 140 AUD) or more will receive free shipping.
Orders below 140 AUD will incur a flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days and will be delivered via the following carriers: StarTrack, DHL Express, Toll Group. The estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days.
Tax Information

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Within 48 hours of placing the order
If you request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, we will process the cancellation and refund the amount to the original payment method.
After 48 hours
If more than 48 hours have passed, we recommend that you wait for the delivery and then request a refund based on the return policy. For more details, please refer to the full Order cancellation policy.
7. Return and Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date of receipt.
Applicable Conditions
Appearance issues, quality defects, obvious odor or color differences, incorrect items, or qualifying for a no-reason return.
Process
Please contact us by email or phone and provide your order number, payment receipt, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos. Upon confirmation, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Fees
Return or exchange shipping costs due to product issues or errors will be borne by us. For no-reason returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the user.
