No-reason return or exchange (applicable to unused products).
3. Return Process
Please contact us via email or phone to request a return, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos;
Our customer service team will process your request promptly. If the return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address via your contact details;
Please carefully package the product, including all accessories, materials, and return labels, in the original packaging, and send it to the return address we provide. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it;
4. Exchange Process
Please contact us via email or phone to request an exchange, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos;
Our customer service team will process your request promptly. If the exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the return address via your contact details;
Please package the product, including all accessories, materials, and return labels, in the original packaging and send it to the designated return address. Wait for us to confirm receipt of the returned item;
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If it meets the conditions, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you within 1-3 business days. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
5. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, including credit card accounts such as American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.
Processing Time: Depending on the processing time of your bank, we expect refunds to be credited within 3-5 business days. If the refund has not been received after this period, please contact us for assistance.
6. Fees Rules
For product appearance issues, quality issues, odor, color discrepancies, incorrect items, etc., return shipping costs will be covered by us;
For no-reason returns and exchanges, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
7. Liability Statement
We are only responsible for product-related quality issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for issues not related to the product (e.g., damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, etc.).
