Shipping Policy

 

At "Interkento" (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are dedicated to providing efficient and timely shipping services, ensuring that your products are delivered safely and on schedule. Below are the terms and conditions governing our shipping process:

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery services only within Australia. Delivery to other countries or regions is not supported.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders of 140 AUD (including 140 AUD) or more qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders under 140 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD will be charged.

3. Cut-off Time

Our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • If a public holiday falls on the processing day, the order will be processed on the next available working day.

4. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

5. Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated 6-8 business days.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers for delivery:

  • StarTrack
  • DHL Express
  • Toll Group

7. Track My Order

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information. You can visit the "Track My Order" page on our website, where you can enter your email or phone number and the order number to check your order status.

8. Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If your product is damaged or lost during shipping, we will handle the issue based on the specific circumstances.
  • Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order is processed, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Delivery Address and Responsibility: Please ensure the delivery address is accurate when placing the order to avoid delivery issues. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered orders due to incorrect address information.

9. Sign-off Instructions

When receiving your package, please inspect it carefully for any damage to the exterior. If there is any damage or loss, please notify the delivery person and document the issue, then contact us promptly.
